2011 Business of the Year
Business Excellence Award This award recognizes a business that contributes to the economic growth and quality of life in Norwell and whose practices and professional conduct contribute to a sense of cooperation within the entire business community. Some of the specific criteria that could be considered for this award include: a successful marketing or business strategy; growth; community involvement; exceptional customer service.
Please nominate one or more Norwell Chamber of Commerce businesses. You are permitted to nominate your own business. Businesses that have already been awarded Business of the Year in the last five years are not eligible.
These businesses are: Image Resolutions, South Shore Natural Science Center, Bejjing House and TRB Design, Inc.
Please complete and return this form and statement by email to norwellchamber@gmail.com or mail to NCC, PO Box 322, Norwell, MA 02061. In addition to filling in the nomination form, please submit a brief statement (no more than one page double spaced) to support your belief that the nominee deserves to be recognized in the award category you selected. All nominations must be received no later than Sep 8, 2011.
A selection committee will review all applications and select award recipients in each category. Recipients will be acknowledged in media venues, and must also be willing to participate in interviews and photo sessions. Awards will be presented at the annual meeting of the Norwell Chamber in September of 2011. (Sep 28th)
