Scholarships for High School Graduates

Each year the Norwell Chamber awards two scholarships that are announced at the Citizen of the Year dinner to graduating Norwell seniors.  The Arthur Sewall Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a student planning on an engineering or business career; the Citizenship Scholarship is based on contributions to the community and goes to the student who has been actively involved in community service both in school and out. The scholarships have amounted to $1,000 each for the past several years, On occasion, a third scholarship has been awarded.
