2018 Scholarship Winners

2018 Arthur Sewell Memorial Scholarship – Andrew Corbet
Andrew is being recognized not only for his academic success, but his involvement and success in various School clubs and activities. Andrew is a member of the Latin and Investment Clubs. He was also a Peer educator and Eucharistic Minister. Varsity Hockey, Captain of the Varsity Baseball team, Captain and 3-time league all-star in Varsity Cross Country are also part of his high school resume, lets also add volunteer work at the Norwell Food Pantry as well as the Norwell Counsel on Aging. In the fall, Andrew will look to attend (DUKE/ VILLANOVA) to study chemical engineering with the goal of becoming a biomedical engineer. Please join me along with the Norwell Chamber Board of Directors in recognizing and presenting Andrew Corbett as this year’s recipient of the 2018 Arthur Sewell Memorial Scholarship

2018 Citizenship Scholarship – Robert Scott
Robert was in Student Government, a peer Educator, acted in 5 productions with the High School Drama Club and been a part of several Jazz and Wind Workshops and Ensembles. Captain of the Math Team, including member of the National Mathematics Honor Society (Mu Alpha theta), and the National Honor society. Robert is also involved with St Andrews Church in Hanover, Boys Scouts of America, and enjoyed success and recognition in several Music Ensembles with the South Shore Conservatory in both Hingham and Duxbury. In the fall Robert will plan on attending Harvard College, please join me along with the Norwell Chamber Board of Directors in recognizing and presenting Robert Scott as this year’s recipient of the 2018 Citizenship Scholarship.
